A:  We do all of our bookings through our website.  Simply click the “Schedule A Lesson Now” button on the homepage and we will walk you through the steps to booking your first lesson.

Q:  I’m hesitant to book online, I’d prefer to speak with someone.  Is this an option?
A:  Absolutely, if you’re more comfortable booking over the phone feel free to leave us a message at 301.575.6112 and we will return your call within 24 business hours.

Location

Q:  Where are you located?
A:  We come to you; we bring certified tennis instruction to any court of your choice.

Q:  Do you offer lessons in my area?
A:  To determine if PlayYourCourt.com offers instruction in your area enter your zip code into the Pro Finder located on the right-hand side toolbar under the section labeled, “Your Court.”

Court Availability

Q:  I’m unsure of the closest tennis court, can you recommend a location?
A:  We have a court database compiled of public courts and courts previous clients have used for their lessons.  They will be listed in order of proximity to the zipcode you entered upon registration to make it easy to determine which court is closest to you.

Q:  How can I be sure that my court is available for my scheduled lesson time?
A:  Pick a court that you are familiar with and arrive early if you are concerned availability will be an issue. Our professionals will do their best to accommodate you; but because you choose the location, court availability is your responsibility.

Rates and Packages

Q:  What are the rates in my area?
A:  Please click our rates tab located at the top of the page to learn more about rates in your area including information regarding group lessons as well as lesson package discounts.

Q:  How do packages work?
A:  By booking a package of lessons up front you are rewarded with a percentage discount, the bigger the package the bigger the discount. You schedule the first lesson of your package then use credits that are issued to your account to book the remaining lessons in your package at your convenience.  We do not issue refunds for package lessons.

Scheduling

Q:  How soon can I book a lesson?
A:  You can book directly through our website as soon as 48 hours in advance and as far as 2 weeks out.  If you would like to request a lesson sooner than 48 hours or further than 2 weeks in advance you can fill out a lesson request form and it is likely that one of our professionals can accommodate you.

Q:  I work a full-time job, can you work with my schedule?
A:  Yes, many of our professionals offer both early morning and evening lesson times to accommodate your needs.  If you cannot find a schedule that works for you through our booking system fill out a lesson request form and it is likely that one of our professionals can accommodate you.

Q:  Can I book a reoccurring lesson time?
A:  We do offer standing lessons.  Once you have had your first lesson, you and your professional will decide upon a standing time slot if you so choose.
