Author: Ren Gates

Ren is a lifelong tennis player whose potential was handcuffed by his propensity to go for the flashy shot rather than the smart shot. He doesn't mind... a couple highlight reels a match were much more meaningful than a scholarship could have been, right? He is based in Portland, OR and you are just as likely to find him on the golf course, biking, hiking or enjoying one of Portland's many outstanding microbrews as you are to find him on the court. He's excited to finally be (kind of) using his creative writing degree, and is going to have fun doing it whether anyone reads it or not.
