It always comes back to tennis..."it's muscle memory!" I started playing tennis in elementary school, and then taught junior clinics at the age of 13. I trained/competed with the future ATP players as a junior and went on to play Division I tennis. I have been a certified coach and a current sport psychology consultant for competitive tennis players of all types to reach optimal performance by utilizing specifically designed training. I RELATE as a competitive athlete, understanding how to inspire minds and bodies to achieve maximum potential. I UNDERSTAND tennis, the fundamentals, and the power of mental skills education and how to reach optimal performance. I SEEK effective and innovative methods to teach and meet the needs of each player. I DEDICATE myself to the player. I BELIEVE in empowering players and beyond. I continue to play competitive tennis locally and enjoy family experiences from theatre to hiking. I have a "Brady Bunch" family of 6 with 2 dogs (Phoebe & Norman).

Where will the lessons take place?
Your coach will come to any court of your choice. Not sure of the closest court? No sweat, they will recommend a convenient location. -
