  1. I can personally attest to these health benefits. I started when I was 35 and am now 72. I am still playing doubles and singles. I am in good health and trying to remain so since heart disease is in my family. The stop and start spurts are so beneficial. My balance is good and my overall attitude towards life is wonderful. Love this game !!!

  2. I’m been playing since I was fifteen years old. Now I 43 yrs old and still playing, I love the game and challenge that come with it. When I go play tennis,I give it 110 % each time I go play with my friend.
